Visual composer and social counter not working

Hi, the social counter doesn’t appear correctly:

Also, when I use Visual Editor the page appears empty

but the content is ok:

I’m using Newspaper 7.1.1

Visual Composer is not working for me also. I can’t view pages in VC so I can’t edit! Help!

Hello all,

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) with the latest version of required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) in order to achieve best results. Clear all your caches and test it again.

Newspaper 7.1.1 —> ok
Visual Composer 4.11.2 –> I have 4.7.4 version
Social Counter 4.1 –> I have 3.0 version

I’m using Envato Toolkit to update. I find the correct version in the full zip pack. Thank you for your assistance, now works fine.

I’ve tried to update Visual Composer but I don’t know where to find the zip file – can you tell me where?

Hi,

You can find the latest version of the plugins in the main archive you download from envato. Please download the latest version of the theme (7.1.1) and in that archive you will find the plugins folder: http://screencast.com/t/y5dNPZBn13
