visual composer blocks are not appeared…

i am not able to add new blocks for site, no blocks are appeared in dashboard please what will i do help immediately.

Hi

Please make sure that you have the blocks enabled in Visual Composer settings: http://screencast.com/t/OYOKAGyBsYf clear the cache memory and test again.
