The Visual composer (included in the theme package) and tagDiv composer are tested properly with the theme, so they surely are compatible. Please elaborate on this problem so we can understand better.
Check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary

You can ask your hosting to make them if needed, as they might have their recommended method.
Then test to see if the composers are working as intended. The tagDiv composer is a front-end editor that can be used for pages

As you say VC may be compatible but it doesnt work. Its inactive. Eventhough i can open the VC menu, no matter how many times i click, it doesnt add anything on page.
There is no private section in this ticket system. I can share the login details and you can check.
If you say, both Composers may not work together at the same time, i can understand this.

It is imperative that the theme system status is according to the documentation. Those WordPress and server parameters will ensure that the theme and the plugins will work properly.
If everything is set and the composer is not working as intended, a second step would be to deactivate all other plugins except this editor and clear any installed cache. Then test again.
