When I try to install the Visual Composer (and other plug-ins included) they do not work. Here is the error I get.

Best way to install is by unzip on your local computer, then upload via FTP.
If installing via the method you’re attempting, make sure those files are actually in the /includes/ folder you uploaded ! “File does not exist” means the installer can’t locate the file(s) to install.

You can also install them from /plugins folder that came within full theme’s folder you’ve downloaded from themeforest: http://screencast.com/t/adr5IZh0V however you should also have them here: http://screencast.com/t/Yz8xf2ZSMQ so please check if they are present there and let us know if you still can’t managed to install them let us know and provide your site’s admin login details so we can have a closer look at this. Send them via email, at contact@tagdiv.com and also include a link to this topic.
