Visual composer not working

I’m having trouble getting visual composer to work. Elements or templates aren’t working. Updated the theme and plugin. Deleted the cache and browswer history. Deleted third party plugins as well. Not sure what else to do. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

@Andrew You have to update Visual Composer plugin at V 4.11.2 which is included in theme’s path. Current plugin’s version that you’re using it’s outdated and don’t work fine with last version of wordpress: http://screencast.com/t/w3alY0f3lCNz

I’m experiencing the same issue – and have just followed the steps in “How to update Visual Composer plugin” as per the recommended post.

My backend editor just hangs when I click the icon – none of the templates or elements do anything when I click on them.

I had this working fine when I first bought the theme last year and tried it all on a different site. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong?

I’ve checked your site and noticed that you’re using an older version of the theme. Try to update at V 2.3.7 which is available on themeforest, clear the cache memory then test again.
