Hi I just got Newspaper today and installed after which i activated the theme and installed Visual composer. But everything seems not to be fine. when i try to create or edit a page, the visual composer will not be shown and options in theme panel are disabled.
Please what do i do?

Try increasing the memory allocated to php and in your wp-config.php file.
On our box we needed to change it to 128M to have it work right (default WP setting is 40M, which is nuts).
Check the “system status” page in the theme panel to see where you’re at and where it’s recommended to be.
That is the usual issue with “it’s not working…”

You can also try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

I have set the recommended parameters but not working at all. I did a fresh install via ftp, still no luck. I dont really know what else to do. Also at theme panel, i was unable to change anything, theme colour header and the rest.
Do you maybe use wordfence? Please disable it if you use it. If not, then please contact us via email at contact@taghdiv.com and provide wp=-admin so we can login and investigate the issue. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.

Thanks Bogdan, I have sorted it out. It was actually the ISP, I think they had a firewall which is blocking my server. I had to switch to other ISP and everything worked out fine. Thanks all the same.
