Visual Composer on " Add a New Page" WordPress

Hi!

I am trying to create a new home page and there is no “Classic”, “Backend” or “Frontend” buttons there at all. It simply shows the original WordPress options as if there is no visual composer. I changed the settings in VC, but that didn’t help. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi,

Please make sure you have Visual composer active – https://www.screencast.com/t/yjOMzpmo9 and that the backend is enabled in the settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/zNq2lUde If this is not the case try deactivating and removing the plugin – https://www.screencast.com/t/xwR9zjLhXd then install it again, maybe something happened during the installation process. Also try this while deactivating all your other plugins to exclude a possible conflict.

Hello again,

I tried the suggested actions, but it’s still not working. I even have VC as the only plugin and that does not help either. Is there anything else I can do that could fix this issue?

If you have tried re-installing Visual composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and it is visible and activated in the plugins section – https://www.screencast.com/t/OgB4ihGCi8 and you have not changed any of the settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/jP6JIjy7YKig and still have no access to it in the page screen, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Also paste a link to this topic.
