Visual Composer plugin not installing

Hi, I can’t seem to install the WPBakery Visual installer plug-in and don’t see it at all with either creating/editing pages or posts. when trying to upload the JS_composer.zip it gives me the the message “Failed to write file to disk.”

any advice?

Hi,

Please try to upload Visual Composer plugin via FTP and see if it works.
Also you can check WP folder permissions. It is possible the “wp-content/uploads” directory has the wrong folder permission.
