Visual Composer is now WPBakery Page. Your previous advise was outdated and useless. I have rechecked all permissions within WPBakery Page and still cannot get formatting and styles to be applied to my text blocks. I need an urgent practical effective response

Please provide a description of the exact problem you are facing. What formating? what text blocks? where? Please add as many details as you can so we can understand the issue and not provide a lame response based on too few details.
