Visual composer slide – font sizing

Hi,

I am having problems with the slide function on the Visual Composer slide function. The font size is not responsive and does not scale down to the correct size I have entered in the back end within
Theme fonts > Modules MX and Other Blocks > Slider on 1 column / 2 column / column.

What I want to do is very simple but for some reason the font size always refers to the 3 column settings and does not scale down.

Could you please advise on how to correct this?

Thanks,

Hi

I’ve checked this on my side and the fonts works fine: http://screencast.com/t/IDalMdyRGW2http://screencast.com/t/yyj0PlV5 Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. If the problem persist please provide your site url so we can inspect this closer.

Thanks!

Hi,

I had changed the font sizes for Column 1,2 and 3 in the backend but for some reason the column 3 setting totally over rided the font size across all columns. I have managed to sort of solve this issue by setting Column 3 font size to default – its not ideal as I can’t control the size I want.

Also another problem with the Visual Basic slider – when I collapse the window down to simulate mobile view the image is cropped to a letter box format – it does not shrink proportionally, I really need to get this in proportion as this will be the main site promo banner.

The site is http://www.acrvmag.com.au/

Thanks,

Hello,
I have looked into the fonts and found no error. You cannot affect the same slider with the 3 different option if the layout is the same. Your current layout is a 3 column slider. The only setting that applies to it is the 3 column slider setting. If you make your row a 3 column or 2 column ,then you can edit the othe r 3 options for the font.
As for the responsiveness, this is the way visual composer handles responsiveness. We unfortunately have no control over it from the theme panel. It crops the same way at our end.
We will try to adjust this in future updates.
thank you!
