Visual Composer stuff

We’re pretty new to Visual Composer, but have experimented with it using the Creativo theme before. Within that theme, it seems we have more control over a few things, such as the “Progress Bars”–we’d like to get thinner bars rather than the thick bars that it defaults to. (CSS solutions are OK, but we had a way to customize this before).
We’re also looking for a “Product Features” box–it allowed decent customization of an icon, including its color and background with a few lines of text. Solutions via an Add-On to VC are also OK–we just don’t know where it came from in the first place. It’s not available in this theme as a default it seems.
Furthermore, Visual Composer boxes put in a second column are cut off by the right sidebar–and additional rows are sometimes cut off to the left after the first row

Hi,

Please try this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css fro Progress bars: http://screencast.com/t/tEXg4uG5sFKz

.vc_progress_bar .vc_single_bar .vc_label {
padding: 0 1em;
}

I’m not sure what you mean with “Product Features”. Do you refer to the Woocommerce blocks? – http://screencast.com/t/0VbzTUX3ZFV They should appear if you have Woocommerce plugin active. If they don’t appear please check Visual Composer settings and make sure that you set all blocks to appear – http://screencast.com/t/ys6hbnmoPS4 and save.
Please also provide a link and more details about your sidebar issue that cuts off Visual Composer blocks.

Thanks!

Hello! Thanks for the help. The Product Features I’m looking for is just a nice bullet point style box with a selectable icon. I’ll keep searching for it. I think the CSS hint will lead me down the right path.

A little more info: Turns out, the Product Features box I’m looking for seems to just be the Icon box, with a section for text after it. Probably styled with a header tag or class so it’s formatted nicely. Maybe that’s something the Creativo guys cooked up. It’s not part of what comes in with WooCommerce.

As far as the sidebar cutting thing goes, I’m still working on it. It does seem to stem from trying to cram in too many columns in VisualComposer, but there’s still formatting issues past the first row. I’ll try to come up with a repeatable and easier to demonstrate example later today.
