Is it possible to grab Visual Composer retail key ? It is because that you have stated we don’t have buy Visual Composer, theme itself comes with licence.But problem is i need official support from Visual Composer team to figure it out how to make and implement menu pagination on visual composer.

Unfortunately you cannot have access to the visual composer support unless you buy the plugin. We will try to help as much as we can with your questions related to VC and if there is something we cannot answer we will request a support ticked on wp bakery, but most questions users have are theme related as visual composer uses theme blocks and modules mostly as we have implemented it that way.
Please provide more details to what menu pagination you are referring to.
