Visual Composer, thumbnails and Mobile problems

I have three problems and i need urgent help to get my site going for my customers.

1. My Visual Composer is asking to be updated. I have followed the process for installing the Visual composer as indicated on your tutorial and i still get the message below.

Would you like to receive automatic updates and unlock premium support? Please activate your copy of Visual Composer.

2. Also My thumbnails are greyed out! I have followed the steps on your tutorial and installed Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. But they are still greyed out. Help!!!

3. site not displaying well on Mobile phone.

Please notice that you do not need any licenses for Visual Composer because this plugin is a built-in plugin and the licence of it will come bundled with our theme. If you want to have the latest version of it you will have to download the latest version of the theme which is available on Theme Forest. With the latest version will come bundled all the required plugins in the latest version of them.

¡With the last theme version you’ll have the latest or almost last version of Visual Composer!

If the plugin was updated recently, in the next theme update you’ll have it.

Dear nalfolf, thanks for taking your time to respond to one of the three issues that i raised. I would like to let you know that i already knew that the VC plugin in free before making my purchase. However i don’t understand why its asking me for update after installation. As i mentioned i have deleted it twice and installed it afresh from the plugins folder that came with the theme that i bought but still the same problem. Thats why am asking for help!

2. Also My thumbnails are greyed out! I have followed the steps on your tutorial and installed Regenerate Thumbnails plugin. Which regenerated all the images successfully but they are still greyed out. I need Help!!!

3. My site is not displaying well on Mobile phone.

I have read the tutorial and tried all the steps mentioned for the above questions but no success! I have also posted these questions to the seller but no response.

Given the above, I have rolled back to basic wordpress theme to make my website user friendly for viewers because no help is forthcoming from the seller which is so discouraging yet i have datelines to meet.

1. You receive this notification because VC has received a recently update (in Themeforest you have the date when Newspaper was upgrated and if the plugin is updated afterwards…)

like I said: If the plugin was updated recently, in the next theme update you’ll have it.

2 & 3 Theme itself and bundled plugins works 100%, if u use another third plugins (take care, not all plugins are compatible and maybe broke some functionality).

You have attempted to test disable right click protection?

Note: it’s bad for usability & accessibility and if somebody want to steal your content this practice will not prevent. It’s more, you encourage them.
