Visual composer won't install

Hi !
Just bought the theme and I’m trying to install visual composer but when I click on install it just gives me this message : Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Hello,

Please disable all plugins, clear cache and reset cdn files. You most likely have a security plugin such as wordfence or others of the sort that prevent you from making any changes to your site.
