I don’t have that issue in either IE11/Win7-64 or Chrome/Win7-64.
Sometimes that happens from a really long URL which won’t word wrap.
The editor box for posts is not part of the theme, but managed by the WordPress style sheets.

Hi,
You refer to the withe space from the right: http://screencast.com/t/mudQeAMT45hB
We have added some css so that the text will wrap in the editor will look more like on the front end.
If you don’t refer to this, please provide more details about this, I’m not sure I understand what issue do you have.
