Since version 3.6 the visual editor is not working anymore. I have to toggle to text in order to edit.
After the upgrade to 3.7 the issue is still the same.
Any fix?

you probably did something wrong, our theme uses visual composer and if it is a problem with it many user will complain on the forum.

it is not about the visual composer it is about the build in visual editor in wordpress. The html editor works but not the wysiwyg.

That issue was solved from v 3.7. DO you have the latest version. 3.8? The issue is still there?

Please make sure you don’t have any errors in your console. Also please disable all plugins and enable just the Visual Composer.
Check if the TinyMCE is working – http://screencast.com/t/ZGoupEbtA
Enable all other plugins one by one until you find the one that’s causing the issue.

All plughins disabled en turned on again. Found it was a poblem with the google libraries. We can write posts now again in the html editor, but the wysiwyg editor is still not working.
TinyMCE is working, and no errors in the console.
Any other ideas?

Well I just found the problem!
Turning of the check at Screen options > ‘Expand the editor to match the window height’ fixed the problem
