Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also make sure that you’re using V 2.3.6 of the theme and V 4.11.2 of Visual Composer.

I am having this problem. I tried everything, updating the theme, clearing cache, disabling all plugins, but nothing, I still get blank windown when I want to edit a post or create a new one.
I hope there is a solution to this problem.

I am not sure why this happens as the theme is tested and works fine. Please check if the parameters from system status have the values indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ – http://screencast.com/t/PxbD4zSlajj Also you can switch to a default wp-theme and check if the problem is still there.

Please help me with this issue. I tried everything:
– latest version of the theme (Newspaper), VC, and WordPress
– I tried all versions of PHP, from 5.3.3 to 7.0.5
– disabling all plugins
– all system parameters are according to the documentation
– different browsers
– clearing cache, history, etc. in the browsers
– clearing cache on the server
– restarting server multiple times
Nothing worked, I still get white screen in Visual Tab when editing a Post. I cannot switch to Code tab.
