Voice Report Demo Header Image

In the Voice Report Demo is the header image able to be changed? We are testing and when we upload a header background image it doesn’t change.

Hi,

At the time the demo was created the them did not have the option to set a header background image. So it was set in the demo stylesheet

In order to set your own, please remove that highlighted code from the demo stylesheet. Then the background you set in the theme panel will apply

hi i have the same problem. i removed the code according to your instructions, but the image is still there.

FYI i already installed the demo, do i need to reinstall it for it to work? dont want to reconfigure all the things again

@darknrg Be sure to clear the cache if you use any, also the browser cache (force refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R). That should work. If the mentioned code is removed the image will not load anymore, but caching could prevent the change from appearing.

Or you could go about it in a different way and not remove the code. This demo customization with the image background will apply only to header style 9.
If you select a different header style (style 10 is similar to 9 but with a centered menu) then the image will not load and you can set your own in the theme panel.
