Hello…. I want to voting system on article so that viewers can voteup and votedown…. Please help me how I can add this feature… I don’t want to use any extra plugin. I want this feature should be in newspaper9.

Unfortunately the theme does not offer such a feature so you can either use a plugin or a custom code modification. Unfortunately we cannot help in this regard. If you do not want to use plugins, you will have to hire a freelancer to create the implementation. you can hire a developer from sites like studio.envato.com
