I get this error when I try to validate my site on the W3C HTML 5 Validator. As you can see there is a double quote on the end of the DIV tag.

There is no extra quotes. The code is ok. We stopped trusting the W3C test a ling time ago. You can test any major site you can think of and find lots of errors on it.

The final bracket is the closing bracket for all the string. The = is an id generated from the js of the page builder it will not affect the functionality of the builder or the theme.
