Is this the way how you handle the tickets? Till last week, i do believe that you support is good (not best). But i have changed my opinion and its very worst now a days.
Please don’t concentrate only to sell themes, instead provide support in time does make lot of sense.

Please understand that there are lots of messages and we do our best to answer all of them. The big delay time is due to the fact that we do not work on weekends. You made a request on Friday and we answered on Monday. There is also the time zone to keep in mind. If big modifications are requested we cannot offer them because they take a lots of time and we will not be able to answer messages from other users on time. We even try to help out with custom work were we can. We really hope you have a pleasant experience with our theme as well as the support.

Thanks for your heads up. But do you know there are lot of threads have been answered before my thread which have been posted after my thread? Every time when we are asking for solution, they simply replied that “let we add your suggestion in to-do list or hire someone to customize the theme. We are not seeking for any advanced features, asking you to how to customize the existing features through child theme due to many SEO factors. (Now a days Google have no mercy)
I have requested you to provide ‘disable the Google Fonts option’ via theme options panel nearly 6 months before. Not only me, there are various threads which suggest you to add option to disable Google Fonts.
But nothing considered till date like the thread posted above.
Typical Posts page is just more than 2 MB who using your Newspaper theme without making any modifications. Your CSS file alone has 650K +. Most of the WordPress powered websites pages including all assets does not exceed your CSS file size alone.
Do you think is this okay for SEO friendly websites. Slower connections certainly did took plenty of time to load a post page which used your theme. In SEO perspective, there are many factors against the Best SEO practices. Google Fonts in one of them and still lot to follow.
We use Google fonts and have a 100 UX score with Google and 97 page speed. Of course, we moved the CSS loading to the style.css file.
Having a single large CSS file is preferable to 10 CSS files like many themes use as it’s cached and compressed as one item by server/browser and not reloaded over and over.
One of the top 3 selling themes on ThemeForest has 10 CSS files loaded per page! TagDiv does not. Footprint on complex themes is average 550kb for CS/Java these days.
A theme I used yesterday to setup a nonprofit website has 7 CSS files, 6 JS files, etc. — I’m having to manually combine those to optimize.
TagDiv closed weekends, as noted top of page.
