want to change the text "read more" for pagination on modules

Hey,
I am working with digitalsamrat.com … actually i want a text in my own local language instead of that read more written for next pagination.. can you please help me?

The name of ‘Read more’ button can be changed from Theme panel->Translations, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/cBg8DUnbW3
