Do you have some posts in Featured Category in that domain? Please give me some useful screenshots from your Category sections where I can see if you want or not posts in your Featured category. If you have not, try to add at least three posts, clear all your caches and test it again and check the results.

Hi,
Sorry but the category is implemented differently if you remove the top post, your latest 3 posts will be missing from the category page. There is no simple way of removing it as it;s tied to the post loop, not a separate block like the one on the front page.
