Hello,
It seems the latest version of this plugin causes this issue. We have investigated this and in order to get rid of the warnings, you will have to edit the plugin files here: http://screencast.com/t/T19QvNYAEF and replace the code with this one: http://pastebin.com/JhB3Q6P8
This is a temporary quick fix though. We will look into it and see if we can correct this from the theme side in a future update.

Warning: preg_grep() expects parameter 2 to be array, boolean given in /web/htdocs/www.ungiroinitalia.it/home/wp-content/plugins/font-awesome-4-menus/n9m-font-awesome-4.php on line 216
WordPress version: 4.5.3
Any resolution for this ?

Hi,
The method I posted above removed every error on our side, so please make sure you replace the function properly.
There is another update to font awesome and it’s now at version 4.6.3.3. Please update it.
