We changed URL and it stole back the license

We had our site set on a dev url for the purpose of development so we didn’t lose money by having to take our other site offline, however when we moved to the production url the theme is claiming it is not activated, it is the same IP wtf gives?

I think it’s based on the domain name not the IP. So, you likely need to ‘release’ or ‘deactivate’ license on the old domain, and activate the new one.
I don’t work here, but I’m sure TD support will follow up on Monday 🙂

– admin url and credentials
– the license certificate and purchase code
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
– specify the current domain you need to assign the license key
