We have been using your theme for almost two years. Everything worked fine until we have put Cloudflare protection. Our web is not showing all items on Google Chrome and Firefox, but on Safari and IE works as it should. Interesting part is that this issue occured few days after we activated Cloudflare. We have tried everything, from purging files to defferent cashing settings, but didn’t help. Please help.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using an old version of the theme, like 6.1, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7IkrsUxVv Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 7.7.1 via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Update the theme and the required plugins, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Thank you on fast reply. I understand, but everything worked fine on old Theme version till yesterday.
We have made a lot of code adjustments on the theme so upgrade would be a real problem for us.
Is there a different solution?

The only way in this regard is to make a full backup to your database, update the theme to the latest version of it and then you should try to adjust the new theme with your customizations, sorry!
