Web page is differ in admin login and without any login

Team, recently I’m facing web page front page appearance:
With login: Looking as per my desire but,
Withour Login: looks annoying

What is resolution on this???

Hello,
Usually this is happening when a cache plugin is used, then when you are logged in the logged user see the un-cache version of the website and when is logged out sees the cache version. Also, this can provide some problems when CSS and JavaScript are optimized.
