I have recently installed the Newspaper theme. However, we are encountering this problem since setting up. The analytics report for web stories shows “Not Set” under the Title. This is not the case in articles (Only web stories).

No, you are wrong. It’s an issue with the theme, and it exists because there is no title tag present.
Moreover, the Newspaper theme doesn’t support web stories. Something, you have confirmed on another forum. Mighty disappointed with the team and their response.
