I’m not 100% sure whats going on. I think it’s something to do with caching. When I view this page on certain browsers / mobile, especially chrome on mobile. The page loads incorrectly so i can see the header on the site twice and the text is displayed really badly. I’ve cleared the cache and it doesn’t solve it. thanks.

Hello,

I have inspected your website and I saw that your style CSS are not applying as should be. I have checked your console and I saw that you have a lot of errors on your console as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/joI6LzWYsJy I suggest you to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way, clear all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this because all of these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. Before each theme update/install please make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data.

Thanks for your understanding!

Okay, so this is a problem with the update? I didn’t experience this problem before and I didn’t have issues with the plugins before. Can i just revert to the old version of the theme?

Hello mradamrothwell,

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problems with your website. Everything seems to work as expected. Please notice that we do not recommend to downgrade the theme, sorry! You should update the theme with the latest version of it if you want to achieve best theme results. Try to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using something like this and check the results.

Thanks for the message!
