Not only plugins are the most important, but I will implement your template on the site, tell me what plugins you recommend from the basics to the first installation to achieve 100% of seo and speed what the template allows. I currently have Lite speed cache, rank math. I care about speed, so something for pictures and SEO.

Hello,
To increase page speed, I recommend checking which thumbnails you are using on your blocks. You might want to avoid having all of them enabled and optimize and regenerate images. You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and the OMGF plugin for fonts. Additionally, you can use the WP Rocket plugin.
Also, for SEO you can use rankmath or Yoast Seo.
