Website Background Issue www.castnetradio.com

Hello guys,

is there a way that I can get my website background design to clearly show at it’s original saved size without having to stretch the image in the Theme Panel with the website perfectly centered in it?

If you visit the actual site now, you’ll see how the words “Join The Revolution” perfectly line flush to the right boarder of the site and not to the left. I want the words “Join The Revolution to perfectly boarder both sides of the site without me having to chose “Stretch Image in the Theme Panel of my Newspaper theme.

I’ve downloaded and installed the Ad Inserter in to the website. I’m not sure how it works yet on setting a background image.
