Unfortunately, I do not understand the message shown in the screenshot because of the language. Sorry about that.
If the problem persists, I recommend creating a staging site and updating the PHP version to 8.3 there. If the issue persists, please disable the plugins one by one to check whether any plugin is not compatible with the PHP version.
