Website display has changed

This morning I checked the site and the format of the homepage seems to have changed colors, fonts, and layout. I checked some of the other pages, and the stop slider is displaying oddly as well.

Hi,

Not sure how your site was designed before so I’m not aware of what colors/layouts/fonts that have changed. I have noticed though that some additional classes and css have been added by the VC plugin.
Please make sure that you remove the VC plugin then use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/ and install the plugin from the /plugins folder that was provided within your theme files.
Let me know if you have this issues afterwards.

Thanks

I’m still having issues with VC after deleting and reinstalling from plugin folders because the VC version I have in plugins is 4.3.5 instead of 4.4.1.

It won’t let me update to VC without the license key, which I am not sure of how to find.

Hello rparlier, just a quick heads up unless this has changed to my knowledge but the updates for VC are provided by tagdiv in their theme updates. There should be one coming soon I hope :).

Hi,

Thanks @joventu you are right!

@rparlier
I know that the VC included within the latest theme files is version 4.3.5 that is the last tested version of the plugin and for now that is the one you need to use and ignore the update warning.
We will include the latest version of the plugin in the next theme update after we test it.
Also make sure you use the latest theme version which 4.6.1 if you are not using it make sure you update it and use this guide and the FTP method: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme/

Thanks
