hi there,
Does anyone know why suddenly all my pictures on my website dont show anymore? Maybe it has something to do with the update from wordpress, but im not sure.
Me too, I’m still having the problem. I have been uploading many times the same picture in order for it to appears, is a “workable fix” but im getting tired of it and having too many images without a thumbnail on my CMS. The images does appear when the posts are published but the “mosaic view of images” is broken if an image is uploaded without a thumbnail on the image uploader.

i think the solution is to downgrade to an earlyer worpress version (you can get it on wordpress.org/com, but i dont know how filezilla works and a little bit afraid to lose data. But maybe you know how to do this in the right way?
Hi
After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at V 2.3.6, and Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
Tips:
a) don’t use “smush it” plugin
b) make sure your php settings for allowed runtime are 120 seconds vs 60 seconds.
That solved issue for one client even AFTER updating the theme and plugins to latest.
Also, some plugns “break” WordPress as of 4.5, so be sure to test which ones are wonky (hint, if they have not been updated in 2016, they may be suspect.
I am having the same issue with not all images displaying correctly all of the time. My website is http://www.shortshift.co
Newspaper 6.7.2
Visual Composer 4.11.2
I tried going through all my plugins and clearing my cache but the issue still persists. I also tried the plugin JQuery Updater but that didn’t seem to do anything.
Any recommendations?
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the theme works fine. Some of your images are missing because of an incorrect url: http://screencast.com/t/0uhAAwa4x Check your images url and make sure that they are correct, otherwise the images can’t be loaded.
Thanks!
Lazy load works mighty fine, thanks! only one of the pictures and the background is still missing, but it is something;)
That seems strange to me because the image URLs would have never changed. Also, sometimes they do load correctly and sometimes they don’t. I am getting a few errors:
http://i0.wp.com/shortshift.co/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/Twin-Cities-Auto-Show-2016-Short-Shift-61.jpg?resize=80%2C60 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Timeout)
and
(index):454 WebSocket connection to ‘wss://public-api.wordpress.com/pinghub/wpcom/me/newest-note-data’ failed: Error during WebSocket handshake: Unexpected response code: 403
Nothing changed except for updating the theme and WordPress.
Turning off Lazy Load worked for me as well. Still missing 3 different featured images as well. None of those show additional error messages.
F12 tools is showing a jquery error on load of the main page but only when lazyload is enabled:

Hi @all
Make sure you have last theme’s version installed, V 2.3.6 and last version of Visual Composer at 4.11.2. For more detail about the update check our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If you still can’t manage to solve this open a new topic and provide your site url and more details about your issue and we will inspect it as soon as possible.
Thanks!
