Website flashing issue upon loading

Hi all,
I have recently upgraded to the latest Newspaper theme and have done a bit of a redesign to my website however upon loading, the site causes the whole browser and screen to flashes several times. Not even the slightest clue what would be causing this.
If anyone knows what might be causing this issue, that would be amazing. The website is: http://www.brisbanedevelopment.com/

Disable the lazy load animation from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb and it will increase also the speed of your pages.

Hi Bettina,

This is really strange but that change seemed to have worked temporarily but now the flashing is back. Its like the entire screen reloads or something. I’ve tried it on a few computers and seems to have this issue. Its only since I’ve upgraded to the new one that it is doing this 🙁

Hello Eric!

This issue seems to be a cache problem.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
