Hi,

Please make sure you have updated the theme properly, I suggest to do this via ftp – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/
Also update the plugins provided with the theme(Visual Composer, Social Counter..). Here you can find an update guide for Visual Composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ the procedure is the same for all the plugins provided with the theme.
Let us know how it goes and if the issue persist after the update(the latest theme version is 3.2) please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access. Also paste a link to this topic.
