When I’m logged into the website, it looks fine. When I log out, it looks like a mobile version of the site. Please help!
Top one is me logged in, bottom one is what it looks like when not logged in.
I think i may have fixed by deactivating WP Bakery, but now the website has a bunch of short code and it looks messed up
Also I use NINJA Forms… they worked perfectly with WP Bakery. Now I don’t know how to get them to show up. You don’t have a “Ninja Form” Or even a “Contact Form 7” in your Elements to add.

For the first issue it is a cache problem. Please clear your cache because there are many reports of this issue and this would be the fix.
