Hi,
My website is http://www.traveltwirl.com
When you open it the header menu and the header appear in different colour for fraction of second. Please open http://www.traveltwirl.com and watch the header menu for the first 1-2 seconds.
I am finding it annoying and don’t know how to solve.

I inspected your site but I did not encounter the problem you describe, even after refreshing the page enough times everything seems normal and working properly.
