Hi everyone,
I have enabled smooth scrolling, but scrolling on my website is rather sticky and not smooth. Please see here: realhawaiivacations.com
Any help would be appreciated

Hello,
Smooth scrolling is no longer required and was removed in the latest version of the theme. Please disable this function. Also the jagged scrolling does not come from the smooth scroll. It could be a plugin conflict. Please try to deactivate all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn file.
