I’m having some problems with my website echoboomer.pt
Everything was fine during the day and, from nowwhere, lots of problems happened.
If you visit the website, you’ll see that there are no images at all. Also, when I enter any article, it will show the title “Sample Page Title”.
Also, if you go here, for example, you’ll see that nothing works. It seems that it made some “reset” to the categories, I don’t know why…
Can you help? At the moment the website is not usable. Even if I try to add a featured image to the article, and when I save the article, that featured imagem disappear automatically.
It seems that your plugin Cloud Library is having serious issues.
I can’t even edit an article. But if activate a different theme, for example, I can edit articles…

Have you checked if don’t have a plugin conflict? Did you update a plugin or the theme recently?
Also, you can try to reinstall Cloud Library and the tagDiv Composer plugins. Delete them and reinstall from Newspaper -> plugins

This happened yesterday and we didn’t updated anything – wordpress version, theme version, plugins. We had all that to update, but we didn’t changed anything, and from nothing, website stopped working correctly.
I already updated wordpress version, theme version and plugins, but the problem persists. I even tried to do a rollback from the actual version of the theme to the previous one, but the problem persists.
For example, if you go here, you will see that nothing works as it should…
Also, your solution didn’t work. I can’t delete those plugins, since there are no option. Only thing I can do is deactivate and activate…

– wp-admin URL and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Also, during the investigation know that we will disable the other non tagDiv plugins.
