https://firstnews.pk is a newspaper theme. Every day we add new articles to it. I have installed a plugin called GTMatrix. This calculates website speed. At the beginning the speed was A or B, nowadays it is showing E, and speed is 45%. Please let us know the best site setting or advise some plugins which we can install on our website and improve the website speed. Because we are worried that if we continue adding articles at the same speed, the website will stop working one day. Please let us know what should we do. How to increase the website speed and how to make it light weight.

Those seem to come from an AD or AD code, unfortunately I do not know how those codes are inserted in your website, please check the AD tab from your theme panel and see what codes have you inserted there for ads or tracking.
