We HAVE a license and have the website registered, now the theme is hyjacking the website and we are very
confused and angry at this point.
We had to change the theme and set it to Under construction otherwise your theeme
shouted a commercial page with announcement that the theme is not registered and needed updates. This could not be undone, unless we changed the theme.
We find this act disgusting. And you can see that we have 2 licences, 1 activated the other not used. It is a mess.
Our solution was to de-activate / de-register the lincese in the website and to re-activate again.
This is the 3rd time we experience mayor problems with the theme and update.
So we will get rid of your theme. This should never occur. In any way.

We also have the same problem and this is absolutely ridiculous! We have thousands of readers and to find out they are seeing this message, when in fact we do have a licence is crazy! We believe this will have serious consequences on our brand name, and we are willing to go court for damages caused. You really ought to get some thorough testing done before pushing out updates for pure greed.

Please be patient, the quickest solution to solve the problem is to reset the key as I said above, if it is not solved anyway, please clear all cache on the website, server/host and browser.
We also try to solve the problem as quickly as possible, but it takes longer, also please include the topic where you opened this problem to find you easier.
Also, please please let us know the address and the email subject if we do not respond because there is a possibility that it will be in the Spam section.

Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.
