Hi,
My website becomes unresponsive at least 3 times a day for about 20mins.
I also set up system monitoring which confirms this.
I assumed that this was a web hosting issue. I contacted my web hosting provider (123-reg.com) and they advised me that there is nothing wrong with the hosting, but they think a script is running which is causing the issue and asked me to contact my web developer.
Could you please assist me with this?

You could try and look for a plugin conflict.please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
But for this we will recommend you to speak to your web developer. This doesn’t seem to be the case of a theme bug.
