I run a news portal and when I add a new post my website and my wp admin can not be used for 2-3 minutes and than it goes back to normal..
my website is hosted on Hetzner VPS

Hi,
This can be related to more factors, but most of them are related to extra plugins, please do a test using only the theme and theme plugins and see if the problem persists.
