I followed the normal steps and activated the new plugin as well. Now the top of the page is wrong. The footer is also wrong and in the theme panel it’s missing options. When I have an inner row devided in three colums it makes the colums 100%.
What can I do??
example website is https://moderntreasurehunt.nl
it shows that I don’t have support but I renewed support earlier today!!
Hi,
Yes, the support is ok.
Please provide some more details about the problems that you are facing, what is wrong with the header and footer https://i.imgur.com/HzMqedw.jpg ?
Thank you!
Hi, I know what the problem is but the solution isn’t there yet. I have a child theme active but the new theme works only if I activate the original theme. When I activate the child theme it shows the problem. The screencapture in your message is the website with the original theme.

Hi octofianus,
Indeed your screenshots are look different from what I see now n your website.
If you are using a child theme, please make sure that you use the child theme provided in Newspaper X, also make sure that you do not have some code/function inserted in the child that can provide this problem. Also some times this problem can be caused by some plugins, please make a test only with tagDiv plugin and see if the problem persists.
Let me know the results after the above steps!
Thank you!
Hi, I think that was the problem. The only thing that’s not working is the font. When I choose for example Romanesco. It shows in the tag div composer but when I look at the published page it isn’t showing.
Hi,
Please make sure that the google fonts are enable in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/QJOyzJP.png also if you are using some cache plugins, please make sure that you are clearing all the cache.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi, I already switched the google fonts off and on but tried it one more time. I also deleted cache but nothing helps. The strange thing is that the font is showing when I edit the page.
Hi,
Please make one more test, with google fonts on and only with theme plugins enable (tagDiv plugins), also make sure that the browser cache that you are using is clear, we recommend to try with Chrome or Firefox.
If the problem persists, please make a full backup to your website and send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email, also let us know the elements that you edited to change the font and is not apply..
Thank you!
I’ve sent you an email at contact@tagdiv.com with all the information you need. I tried the test you suggested but nothing changed.
