Hi there

I have a weird problem where any page on the website first loads with a screen showing naked links and the logos and then 2 or 3 seconds fully loads the page. Im wondering if you have seen this before and can help me with a fix for it please.

The link to our website is here http://eikonline.com/

The screen shot of the error is here

Thanks in advance

Tony

Hi,

This usually happens when using the tagdiv speed booster plugin which moves the theme style to the footer which causes this delays on loading the style and for a moment your site appears unstyled.
Please try this without any plugins active, leave just VC and speed booster and empty caches.
We have this on our attention and try to find a better implementation for it in next them versions.
Sorry fro the inconvenience!

Thanks

Hi LUcian

Thanks for getting back to us quickly.

I have just followed your instructions and deactivated all plugins except for VC and speed booster and emptied the caches.

The problem still remained and actually seemed worse than before.

Can you suggest anything else we can do.

Regards
Tony

Hi,

The issue seems to be caused by Speed Booster version 3.0, if you have version 2.5 or 3.1 use it or send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and i will provide it.

Thank you, Emil G.

Thanks Emil

I just tried the version of Spped Booster in the recent upgrade. It appears to be V 3.2 not 3.1. So I have sent you an email to get a copy V3.1 or 2.5.

Thanks
Tony

Hi,

Yes, the latest version of the speed booster plugin is 3.2 which should work fine. Do you still experience this ad I’ve checked your site and haven’t seen this behavior. I suggest you update your theme also to the latest version which is 4.6.2.
Emil will go over your email later today and send you another version of the speed booster plugin which you can try.

Thanks
