I found this website http://talkchelsea.net in showcase I like this style , Can someone let me know about Newspaper theme demo they are using.

Hello redarmy,
The site is made using our Default Theme, without content, with yours content and layout. If you want to achieve something like this, you will have to install our theme with Default Demo and then, using the Inspector tool, you can notice what type of elements are using in that website and then you should implement/add on your side.
