what does facebook counter count? how to set it up?

It counts friends of a invidial facebook or member of a facebook group?
Can you help me know about it?
By the way, i saw the instruction to set up facebbok in this link instruction, i did like this:

It hasn’t any “website option” like instruction.

Please help me set it up.

Please keep in mind that if you want to use the Facebook counter from our Social Counter, you will have to create a Facebook Fan Page. This counter will count the fans and if you do not have this type of page, the counter will not working.
