Hello,
What feature/plugin was used for the gallery on the demo site here: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/asus-xonar-u7-sound-card-hassaba-a-built-in-headphone/
If it’s built in to the theme, how do I create one?

Under the post settings you’ll see the new Post Template selection.
