What image size should I set?

In Settings > Media
What image size should I set for large image
640px or 680px
Because normal large image is 640px and full width is 680px

I would go with the larger then let theme make smaller version as needed. Or, use smaller version and use plugin like thumbnail upscale to create larger version. Quality would be better going from large to small, though.

I’ve always used 640px width images so this theme worked great for me, but like Christopher said above, the bigger might be better since the theme will make a 640px width version of your image anyway. Just don’t crazy with the widths.

Hi,

Those image size aren’t used by the theme but could be used by other plugins so you can either chose to leave them as default or change them into a sized that theme uses so the you can prevent one extra thumb when you add an image.

Ok,
Just realize that the post image feature is actually resizing instead of cropping.
So, I guess it is a matter of taste.
